When we reply
We answer messages seven days a week. During working hours you will usually hear back within a few minutes; messages sent late at night are answered the following morning. If you have not heard from us within one working day, something has gone wrong — please send the message again.
Please note: we do not have a showroom
Barki Sofa Hub is a delivery-only business. Our Blackburn premises is a storage and dispatch unit and is not open to visitors, so there is nowhere to come and browse. Everything is arranged remotely and delivered to your door free of charge.
If seeing a fabric in person matters to you before you commit, say so when you message us and we will sort something out rather than asking you to guess from a screen.
What to include when you message us
You do not need any of this to start a conversation, but sending it up front means we can come back with a firm price instead of a string of questions:
- The model you are interested in, or simply the shape you need — corner, U-shape, L-shape, two-and-three-seater set
- The dimensions of the space it has to fit into, particularly the wall lengths
- Your delivery postcode
- The fabric and colour you have in mind, if you have got that far
- Anything awkward about access — narrow stairs, a tight landing, a first-floor flat, a doorway you already know is a problem

Existing orders and problems
If you have already ordered and something is wrong — a delivery date you need to change, damage, or a fault that has appeared — message the same WhatsApp number and say that it concerns an existing order. Photographs help enormously. What happens next is set out on our returns and cancellations page.
