Free delivery across mainland UK
Delivery is free on every order to mainland UK addresses. There is no minimum spend, and there is no surcharge for a large corner suite over a two-seater — the price you are quoted on WhatsApp is the price you pay.
How long it takes
Because every sofa is made to order, the clock starts when your order is confirmed — that is, once we have agreed the model, fabric, colour and dimensions and taken your deposit or confirmed cash on delivery. From that point, most orders are built and delivered within two to three days. Locally in Blackburn and across Lancashire it is frequently quicker.

Areas we cover
Free delivery applies to mainland England, Wales and mainland Scotland. For the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and offshore islands, send us your postcode before you order and we will confirm whether delivery is possible and what it would cost. We would rather tell you up front than take an order we cannot fulfil.
Access: the part worth checking first
The single most common problem with sofa delivery is not the lorry — it is the front door, the stairs or the turn on the landing. A sofa that fits beautifully in your living room is no use if it will not get there.
Before you order, please measure and tell us about:
- The width and height of every doorway it has to pass through, including the front door
- The width of any hallway, and the width of stairs
- Any turn on a staircase or landing, and the ceiling height above it
- Whether you are on an upper floor, and whether there is a lift
- Parking — whether a delivery vehicle can get reasonably close to the property
Many of our sofas can be built in sections specifically to solve difficult access, but we need to know before production starts. Our measuring guide covers this in detail.
On the day
We will contact you to agree a delivery day and give you a time window. Our team will carry the sofa into the room of your choice where access allows, and take the packaging away with them rather than leaving it for you to deal with.
Please make sure someone aged 18 or over is at the property to receive the delivery and check the sofa, and that the route in is clear. If nobody is there when we arrive, we will have to rearrange, and a repeat delivery may be chargeable.
Paying on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on most orders. You can also pay a deposit when you order and settle the balance when the sofa arrives, or pay in full by bank transfer in advance. We will confirm which options apply to your order on WhatsApp.
Check it before we leave
Please look the sofa over while our team is still with you. If anything has been damaged in transit or is not what you agreed, telling us there and then is far easier to resolve than a message a fortnight later. If you do spot a problem after we have gone, contact us within 48 hours with photographs — see our returns and cancellations page for what happens next.
